  • I am an associate Marriage Family Therapist Associate and will only utilize Evidence Based Practices and techniques I have had adequate knowledge and experience with.

  • This means that I have a Graduate degree in Marriage Couple Family Counseling and a “preliminary” license from the Oregon Board of Counselors. To receive my “final” License I must accrue hours with clients under the supervion of a licensed Counselor whom I receive supervison from on a regular and consistent basis for 3 years post graduation. My supervisor is: Lorinda Sanders.

  • In person means we would meet in person at Mindful Therapy Group at: 1500 NE Irving St suite 210, Portland, OR 97232

    Telehealth means we would meet virtually through a video program
